On March 28, 2025, our partner and Head of the Legal Department, Mr. David Gugava, took part in the international legal congress LAWSPRING-2025, organized by the Educational Center Professional Interest.

This prestigious forum convened legal professionals and firm leaders from across multiple jurisdictions to engage in discourse on pressing international legal issues. Mr. Gugava contributed to the congress with a substantive presentation and actively participated in a panel discussion addressing the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments within the jurisdiction of Georgia.

We regard participation in such high-level professional gatherings as an important opportunity to deepen our expertise, exchange comparative legal perspectives, and remain at the forefront of developments in transnational legal practice.
